Inservice Monthly is a peer-to-peer training program designed to instruct and inspire.

CNAs interact with real residents, showing proper skill application and problem solving. CNAs share their experiences and caregiving tips in unscripted, documentary-style interviews. The program also focuses on recognizing and reporting changes in a resident’s physical or mental condition. These easy-to-use inservices provide students with the following.
